Scaling the "Intelligence Layer" for Bharat’s MSMEs by building the Next-Gen Compliance & Advisory AI Platform for MSMEs
Most MSMEs are held back by the friction of manual compliance, lack of high-end infrastructure or technical knowledge; I am looking for a partner to help me remove that friction forever. I have spent the last year architecting omAI OS—a voice-first, multi-lingual "Operating System" that automates the entire software-Accountant-Data Entry lifecycle — a system designed to fundamentally change how Indian MSMEs handle business, finance, compliance, and all day-to-day operations.
The product is already functional and being prepared for pilot rollout.
At a high level, omAI replaces a large portion of routine accounting, GST, payroll, sales, purchase, CRM, advertisement and compliance workflows with an automated, AI-driven layer that integrates directly into how business owners already communicate (no new software learning curve).
What this means in practice :
Routine compliance workflows are automated end-to-end
Business owners interact in natural language (multi-lingual - with 11 Indian Languages supported and voice-first)
Core accounting logic, tax handling, and operational triggers are already built into the system
A centralized partner interface allows a CAs to manage and scale across multiple clients efficiently

What I’m looking for:
Practicing CA with an existing MSME client base (roughly 30+ clients)
Strong understanding of the critical pain points of businesses with current solution
Willing to commit time to validate outputs, shape compliance logic, and onboard pilot clients and scale the platform to future users
CA with a growth mindset to serve as the "Validator-in-Chief" and lead our growth across practicing CAs and MSMEs
Role:
Co-Founder / Chief Compliance Architect
You will own:
Compliance accuracy and validation layer
Pilot rollout with real clients
Growth phase with wider roll outs
Structuring the CA partner model

5% to 10% equity stake (aligned with contribution)
Revenue upside tied to platform adoption
First access to a system designed to scale your practice beyond traditional limits
